How is a vertical powder coat process different to the traditional method?
It has transformed the process to an intelligent precision system. The CUBE’s new booth concept has guns on both sides to yield a higher powder transfer efficiency along and deep within the profile without build up. Fast 5 minute colour change means less downtime and greater flexibility.
What is the maximum size extrusion you can powder coat?
Maximum dimensions for aluminium extrusion are 200mm wide and 150mm in thickness, to a total weight of 25kgs. We do need to drill a 6mm diameter hole in the end of each extrusion to enable us to hang the metal from the vertical paint line.
Do you offer an Express Service?
Because the CUBE system is designed to be smart, agile and super efficient, we can provide a 48 hour express turnaround subject to prior arrangement and an additional fee.
What is the standard lead time?
